The palate has the tangy richness of black cherries, black figs and dark chocolate, but a current of mint, saltwater and licorice creates a very fresh, vibrant overall feel.

A deep ruby red color with purple highlights, a beautifully complex nose characterised by scents of small red berries and balsamic notes reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub vegetation.
