Laws Whiskey House San Luis Valley Bonded Straight Rye Whiskey 750ml is a historic Colorado rye, the first Bottled in Bond from the state. Made from 95% heirloom rye and 5% heirloom barley, it offers aromas of sweet grass, honey, and brine, followed by flavors of wild mint, fennel, sea salt, orange tea, and brown sugar. Finishing with tobacco notes and a rich, buttery mouthfeel, this 100-proof rye is aged at least four years for depth, complexity, and smooth balance.

The first rye whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado history, it hails from the San Luis Valley rye grain of a single season, shaped by us as the single distiller, then aged in our federally bonded rickhouse for at least four years.

NOSE: Sweet grass with honey and brine.
FLAVOR: Cooling notes of wild mint and fennel followed by deeper accents of sea salt, orange tea and brown sugar on the palate. Finishes with tobacco notes and a rich, buttery mouthfeel.
