The 2020 Extra Brut Les Vignes de Pierry 1er Cru, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Meunier, is a classy, elegant wine. White pear, chalk, mint, white pepper and bright saline notes give this slender, light-bodied Champagne notable personality. The 2020 is a bit quirky, but it is also full of character.
