Whole?cluster pressed and fermented with wild yeast in a mix of French oak and stainless steel, this vintage showcases vibrant acidity, flinty minerality, and beautifully ripe fruit. With no malolactic fermentation, the wine retains its natural freshness and precision while delivering signature Shafer richness.
