Wine Tasting Notes
Petite Manou is the second wine of Clos Manou and is located in the northern Medoc in Saint Christoly de Medoc. This estate produces a garage wine of extraordinary quality, comparable to that of top cru bourgeois, at a reasonable price. Petie Manou is an example of how dedication, exceptional terrior and extreme attention to details can result in an outstanding wine and it is representative of the new wave of modern fruit forward concentrated wines that are coming from the left bank of Bordeaux.

How To Serve
- Temperature Matters: Serve whiskey and bourbon at room temperature, vodka chilled, and tequila slightly cool to preserve aroma and balance.
- Choose the Right Glass: Use a rocks glass for whiskey, a flute or coupe for sparkling spirits, and a tulip or snifter for aged liquors.
- Don’t Rush the Pour: Allow spirits to breathe for a few moments before tasting — it softens alcohol notes and opens complex flavors.
- Savor with Intention: Sip slowly, appreciate aroma before taste, and pair thoughtfully with food or fine company.
