ABOUT OUR 'CHARM ACRES' CHARDONNAY:,br />In 2007, Pali Wine Co. mission was to create a Chardonnay that embodies the refreshing and vibrant characteristics of the lean white wines from Chablis, France. Drawing inspiration from this renowned region, they carefully cultivate our 'Charm Acres' Chardonnay using grapes sourced from premium vineyards on the Sonoma Coast in Sonoma County. This allows Pali Wine Co. to capture the essence of the region and showcase the distinct flavors associated with Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, while maintaining an elegant balance of richness.

The Sonoma Coast sub-appellation, known for its cool climate influenced by the Pacific Ocean, plays a vital role in producing Chardonnays with a luscious and velvety mouthfeel. To ensure the utmost quality, the grapes are fermented in small batches and aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels for a period of 240 days. By inhibiting malolactic fermentation, we achieve a crisp and refreshing style of Chardonnay.

This exceptionally vibrant wine exhibits notes of granny smith apple, honeysuckle, white peach, and beeswax, with a subtle hint of brioche.
