An elegant, seamless wine that shines for its balance and purity, the 2014 Saint Chinian la Terre de Mon Père (60% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Grenache aged all in new barrels) offers ample mulled red and black fruits, roasted herbs, hints of olive and a beautiful minerality that comes out with time in the glass. Elegant, supple and beautifully textured on the palate, with sweet tannin, it's a gorgeous wine to enjoy over the coming 4-6 years, if not longer. Drink now-2023. (28th Apr 2017)

Healthy ruby/purple color. The nose is very complex with aromas of black fruits, sherry burlat, mocha and a hint of pepper. A relaxed warm and soothing temper follow the dynamic aromas in the mouth.
