In 2019, Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks was introduced as the first release of the Cellar Collection. With a remarkable score of 94 points from Robb Report, this bourbon is meticulously aged in carefully chosen Oloroso Sherry barrels, resulting in a delightfully sweet and smooth spirit with a robust 100 proof (ABV 50%).

The 2020 release of the second installment of Cellar Collection enhances our most mature and premium bourbon with an elegant touch. Described by Robb Report as having a "dark-amber tawny-cask finish that elevates the drink," this bourbon was aged in tawny casks for more than 10 months, resulting in a balanced combination of dried fruit and oak flavors at 111.6 proof (ABV 55.8%).
