Shipping & Processing Information

Processing Times

  • We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders ship within 2 business days, and you’ll receive an email as soon as your package is on its way.
  • Due to occasional supplier delays, some orders may take up to 10 days to ship. We’ve streamlined our process to minimize these delays, but we appreciate your patience if extra time is needed.

Shipping Times

  • Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to most U.S. states and Washing D.C., with the exception of Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia.
  • Because state laws can change, our cart shipping calculator will always have the most accurate, up-to-date information on where we can ship.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories.

Adult Signature Requirement (21+)

  • Alcohol shipments require an adult 21+ to sign for delivery with a valid government-issued ID.
  • Carriers cannot leave packages unattended. If no one 21+ is available, they will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If a package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, you can:
    1. Pay for reshipping, or
    2. Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once your package ships, we cannot make changes due to alcohol delivery regulations.
  • If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply (or a refund will be issued per the policy above).

Summer Weather Advisory for Wine Shipments

  • From May through September, we recommend choosing express shipping for wine orders to help prevent heat damage. Ground shipping during hot months may expose wine to high temperatures, which can affect taste and quality.
  • We cannot guarantee or replace wine that has been shipped via ground service during these warmer months.
  • In extreme heat or freezing conditions, we may hold your order temporarily to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Packaging & Shipping Protection

  • We pack every bottle using top-grade foam or bubble insulation for maximum protection.
  • To ensure the safest delivery, most bottles will not ship in their original retail box.
    • If you’d like the original box included, please contact us before ordering—additional shipping fees may apply.
  • While we do our best to prevent breakage, we recommend adding shipping protection at checkout. This covers your order 100% against loss or damage by the carrier.
    Without shipping protection, we cannot offer free replacements or refunds for bottles damaged in transit.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If shipping protection was purchased, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Flat-Rate Shipping

  • We occasionally offer flat-rate shipping
    • Flat-rate allowances are based on standard 750ml bottles (for example, a 6-bottle flat rate may allow only 4 larger 1.75L bottles due to weight and packaging).
  • Flat-rate orders typically ship via FedEx, UPS, or GLS Ground.

Shipping Rates

  • All rates are provided directly from our carriers (FedEx, UPS, GLS) and are based on your location, package weight, and size.
